Return & Replacement Policy
We stand behind every product we sell. That’s why we offer a 30-day return or free replacement policy, starting from the day your order is delivered.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• It must be shipped back with a tracking number directly to one of our designated warehouses
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Important notes:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Returns sent to intermediary shipping facilities (not our authorized warehouses) are not eligible for refunds
• Opened supplements cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene regulations
To begin a return, contact us at info@myoro.co. If approved, we’ll send you the return address and step-by-step instructions.
Do not send returns without approval — they will not be accepted.
Free Replacements
If something isn’t right — defective item, damaged in transit, or not working as expected — just email us within 30 days of receiving your order.
We’ll send you a free replacement.
No need to ship the original back in most cases. It’s faster, easier, and saves everyone time.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of being placed. After that, we begin processing and can no longer cancel it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon delivery. If it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@myoro.co so we can make it right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on the following:
• Opened supplement jars or capsules
• Used kegel trainers
• Gift cards or promotional items
• Final sale items

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If so, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
Note: Orders that have already received a free replacement or exchange are not eligible for a refund.
