01Charge fully with the included USB cable before first use. A full charge covers multiple sessions.
02Apply water-based lubricant generously inside the sleeve. Water-based only — silicone or oil-based lubricants damage the sleeve material.
03Set your session length on the display, then let the thermal heat build for the first 5–8 minutes. The warmth should feel comfortable and even — never hot.
04Set heat, suction and vibration to a level that feels controlled. Run 15–20 minutes per session, 3–5 times per week, with rest days in between.
05Power off, rinse the sleeve with warm water and mild soap, dry fully, and store somewhere cool. Never submerge the main unit — only the sleeve and contact surfaces are water-safe.
Comfortably warm, never hot. Start at a mid setting for your first sessions and adjust from there — deeper warmth comes from consistent sessions, not from maxing the dial.
